Sheila Banks RSHom
Sheila is an experienced health practitioner who has been studying and practising a variety of disciplines for over 26 years. She is a Registered Homeopath, a Hypnotherapist and a Craniosacral therapist.
In 2007 she spent a great deal of time with a family member with hypothyroidism and was able to closely observe the adrenal connection in low thyroid, leading her to do extensive research. So fascinated did she become with her findings that she wrote a dissertation on the subject in 2008. She incorporated her research and knowledge into improved recognition and understanding of this condition, developing some unique approaches.
She has taught seminars on the subject in the UK and in Germany and continues to add to her knowledge. She has started writing books on the subject, partly as result of being repeatedly asked to do so, but also because she has a strong desire to connect people to knowledge that can help them find a route to better health.
Sheila is registered with the Society of Homeopaths and has practiced in Harley Street, Covent Garden, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.
She is a member of the Royal Society of Medicine in London.
She is also a member of the Writer's Guild of Great Britain.
